Partner: Bill Brown
Bill Brown
Bill Brown was born and raised in Big Spring in West Texas and is a 1981 graduate of Big Spring High School. After graduation, Bill attended Lubbock Christian University in Lubbock, Texas where he played football for two seasons for the Chaparrals. After LCU dropped its football program in the spring of 1983, Bill transferred to Midwestern State in Wichita Falls where he pursued a degree in petroleum geology. Working and attending school off and on for the next four years led Bill into the insurance business, starting out as a debit agent for American General, and ended up having had a 17-year career as an area manager with Woodmen of the World in Sherman, Texas, with stops along the way in Huntington, W.V. and Paris, Texas.
Bill has won many awards for sales production and recruiting while at Woodmen including Area Manager of the year in 1998. Bill obtained his securities license in 2001 and continues to hold his life, health and securities licenses.
Bill resides in Sherman, Texas with his son Erin.
Whitney McCormick Jackson

Whitney Jackson joins OurNewsCafe.com having spent the past nine years in varying roles within the newspaper industry. As an employee of Lee Enterprises, OPUBCO Communications and Media News Group, she acquired the type of invaluable knowledge, experience and versatility that only comes from tenured positions in markets both large and small.
Her expertise extends beyond sales to customer service, training, project management, search engine marketing and social media. Before connecting with ITZ, Whitney worked as an Interactive Coordinator for the Denver Post. There she led an online sales team that consistently ranked among the highest earning forces in her department.
Greg Rafinski
Web developer: Greg Rafinski
Greg Rafinski brings years of computer technology experience to the Our News Café team. He has experience in systems administration, network support, product support and test/QA strategy, knowledge of Network Operating systems and implementation, and is adept at PC configuration, troubleshooting, Networking methodologies, regression testing, bug tracking, test planning, and server load testing. He also brings knowledge of the software development and Web site design processes.
Greg operates his own Web hosting company, Fishbowl Network, in Marietta, Ga., where he lives with his two children. Founded in 2001, Fishbowl Network has grown to the point that Greg has server management and equipment management contracts with several Atlanta-area companies. He is active in Web site building and architecture for Our News Café clients, and is a native of Atlanta.
Nadine Zook
Graphic artist: Nadine Zook
Oregon-based Nadine Zook creates graphic arts for OurNewsCafe.com and its clients. She has over 20 years experience in the print advertising and publishing industry, is proficient in CS3 computer programs which includes Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat. Quark XPress 7, Dreamweaver and Flash.
Zook possesses strong layout, design and illustration skills, and pre-press and pagination experience. She has a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of Oregon.
